    Defect details

    Due to a supplier's production error, the glass panel may have been installed without properly applying primer (adhesive) and/or ventilation, which may cause the adhesive strength of the joint to gradually weaken over time and the durability of the joint to deteriorate, resulting in the glass panel being completely separated from the vehicle.
