All customers of vehicles subject to an ongoing recall (with or without a recall action) are requested to change the maximum charging capacity of the vehicle to 90% until a new recall action plan is announced, and change the 'Hill Top Reserve Option (2017-18 model)' or 'Target Charge Level Option (2019 model)' through the in-vehicle charging option settings.
If so, the customer must change it themselves. If you are unable to change the settings, you can receive action to change the settings by visiting a Chere service center that can handle recalls.2.
